All illustration work provided remains the intellectual property of Snibbit (trade name) or Juuls Artwork, unless other written agreements have been made.
- Snibbit grants you a right of use for the created and delivered illustrations for the agreed-upon purpose/subject.
- You may use the delivered work in publications related to the purpose, flyers, websites, blogs, platforms, etc., always with credit to Snibbit. If you prefer not to do this, additional costs (10% of the quoted price) will be charged.
- You may not resell the works or include them in any communication other than those related to the purpose of the illustrations (where revenue is generated). Additional agreements can be made for this.
- You may not modify the works without contacting us first. Colors, texts, and frames must remain the same.
- If you share the works with third parties, online or otherwise, you must inform them of these terms. If not, any breaches of these terms by those third parties may have consequences for both of you.
Unless we have agreed otherwise, Snibbit-Juuls Artwork reserves the right to include the created works in its portfolio and post them on the website. If you do not want this, please let us know before the assignment is granted.
